How To Make An Appointment
The first step in the JSS Immigration Services process is to make an appointment for an Initial Consultation.
At the Initial Consultation you will meet with our staff to review your immigration documents and discuss your immigration history, questions and opportunities.
- The fee for an Intake Consultation is $35 payable with a check or money order to Jewish Social Services of Madison. If you are not able to pay this fee, please contact us for additional options. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. For appointments in English or Russian, contact Janice Beers. For assistance in Spanish, please contact Susy Cranley. Please do not come without an appointment. Drop-off documents will not be accepted or reviewed.
- Please bring all documents related to your immigration case to your consultation, including copies of previous applications filed and receipt notices.
- If you are petitioning for a relative and your relative is in Madison, he or she should come with you.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
